It tells the story of her 4,500 mile trek around the mainland coast of Britain. Accompanied only by her two dogs, Jago and Tressa, she walked the coastlines of England, Scotland and Wales through snow, gales, quicksand and floods.Her physical and mental endurance was tested as she survived attacks from wild cattle, swarms of bees and drunken men, suffering torn tendons and suspected stress fractures en route. After ten and a half months walking she achieved her goals and arrived back in Lyme Regis, having raised £33,000 for charity.
